How much will each install cost?
Each job is quoted by a range of different variables that will affect cost. Type/brand if vinyl, application surface, total area of vinyl and installation process being used will be factors in determining final cost. We love to work with our clients to ensure they are getting the highest quality vinyl install for their money and offer free quotes on all install projects.
How does the booking process begin?
Every project is unique and we will work with our customers to ensure that all information is attained and the job will be completed successfully. We may require a site survey or photos prior to booking. Once the client and installer have agreed on project scope, a quote will be provided. This should be signed and returned, an install date will be scheduled and the deposit can be paid.
How is scheduling handled?
In our industry we realize many jobs quickly become a rush project. For projects booked in advance we will be in contact prior to install date to ensure timelines are being met. Rush jobs will be managed as quickly as possible, and can be pushed forward at our rush rate to provide our client with next in que install times.
What timeline will each project have?
As every project varies in size and difficulty, each project will have a different timeline for completion. Our install team works hard to ensure all deadlines are met. We typically can complete installs within 1-2 weeks after booking. You will be provided with a project duration after the scope is confirmed, and an estimated date of install. If you have specific deadlines to meet, our specialists will work with you to ensure the your install is completed in the necessary time limit.
Do you require deposits?
We do require a deposit at time of booking for vinyl inclusive options (this includes both install and graphics provided). This will be 50% of total price, the remainder will be invoiced at the time the project is completed.
What is your warranty policy?
All projects have a minimum three month warranty, with larger scale projects up to a one year warranty.
What are the postcare recommendations?
All projects will be completed with a post-care instruction sheet provided to the client. Each vinyl and surface is unique but should be cared for properly to ensure a long lifespan of the vinyl.
Starting your Project
We’re here to help from start to finish with every project. Whether a client knows exactly what they’re looking for or need a hand with ideas and design we are able to assist in the process. We offer on-site surveys if needed and work with trusted printing companies to design and produce custom options for each client. Once a design has been approved by the client, we will send a quote form to be signed and returned. Depending on the surface the graphics are being applied to, we may require a site check or photos to ensure the project can move forward and be completed successfully. A date will be scheduled and all techniques and equipment being used with be discussed with the client before the scheduled install date. When the job is completed, if the customer is not on site, photos will be emailed prior to leaving the project. Post care instructions will be provided for each specific type of install to ensure proper care and a lasting lifespan of the graphics. We offer a one year warranty on our install projects and stand behind the quality of our work.
